My relationship with textiles didn’t start in a classroom or workshop—it started with curiosity, a needle, and fabric scraps from my grandmother’s sewing basket.
Over the past five years, that curiosity has evolved into genuine expertise. I’ve worked on hundreds of projects spanning hand sewing, machine stitching, intricate embroidery, detailed quilting, and complex knitting. I’ve created custom garments from scratch, repaired vintage pieces, experimented with different techniques, and yes—I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way.
But those mistakes taught me what really matters when it comes to equipment.
I learned that expensive doesn’t always mean better. That the “perfect” machine for one person might be completely wrong for another.
